Order Processing: Xecuter Australia usually ships orders 24 hours after funds clear in our bank account, services such as Paymate and Direct Deposit can take 1-3 days for funds to clear in our bank account. Orders are not processed on weekends.
Shipping: We use Australia Post shipping services including Express Post, Express Post Platinum and Registered Post, for information on these services including their next business day delivery zones please visit the Australia Post website.
Xecuter Australia ships to all countries worldwide using Australia Post's Standard Airmail or EMS service.
Please note that insurance is only available on Registered Post parcels so we suggest that orders over $100 be shipped using the Australia Post's Registered Post service. Xecuter Australia accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
Pricing: All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
Payment: The Xecuter Australia store accepts Visa and Mastercard via the Paymate service, Direct Deposit or Money Order.
Returns: Products sold on this website have a 30 day replacement warranty which excludes user induced failures, all returns are at the discretion of Xecuter Australia and must include proof of purchase and a detailed fault report. Items that are returned and found to be operational may incur a $15 service charge. All postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds & Cancellations: All refunds and order cancellations are at the discretion of Xecuter Australia. Cancelled orders may incur a 5% administration fee to cover transaction fees incurred by financial institutions. Some non-stock products which are marked as Special Order products in the product's stock indicator may not be cancelled. All postage charges on returned product are the responsibility of the customer.
Parcel Tracking & Lost Items: Parcel tracking numbers are provided where available and only EMS and Express Post Platinum services are trackable online, all tracking numbers are 100% accurate as parcels are scanned using barcode scanners. Due to delivery delays Xecuter Australia will not investigate suspected lost parcels upon request unless the items are well beyond the average delivery time frame, the following list indicates our minimum requirement before we will begin an investigation: Express Post (7 days since shipping), Express Post Platinum (3 days since shipping), Standard & Registered Post (14 days from Shipping) and all International (30 days from shipping).
